Milwaukee was better

So I made a random decision on Friday at 10 am after a written anatomy exam to stay in Milwaukee.  The original plan was to attend a baseball game with the PT students in the program and come back on the bus.  But then someone suggested staying over in Milwaukee.  I thought about it.  Thought about it.  Then asked MM for a phone number for an old classmate who lives there.  I texted him.  He texted back and the plan was in motion. Friday was game day!  Tailgated for 3 or four hours.  Watched the game and was the only Reds fan in the audience (they lost)  and then went to a friend's friend's place.  Then 8 am rolled around and DSN was there to pick me up.  

I showered.  We went for coffee at a bikers' coffee shop 'Fuel'.  Then we went to the beach. A BEACH! with real sand! On lake Michigan!  Then we went back to his house and DSN made some jerk burgers and we ate and fell asleep.  Then we watched a documentary, 'Man on Wire'.  Then we went out for dinner and met up with some of my classmates.  Then we went to a DeLa Soul concert (they were salty no one knew their newer songs).  Then we went to a few bars and met up again with my classmates.  Then we rode our bikes back to DSN's place.

Then he woke up (2 hours after I woke up) and cooked breakfast.  Then we went to a farmers' market.  Then we started watching a movie about a Mexican gang but it was too graphic and heavy for a Sunday so we went to see 'Midnight in Paris'.  Then we went to his place and cleaned up his apartment a little.  Then we watched a documentary on Bob Dylan.  Then my friend and her father picked me up and I rode back to Madison.
