EXERCISE and RESULTS

Okay so since March my friend and I have been on a regular schedule of exercise.  We run at least 3 miles a day and then do either 30 minutes of yoga or 60 minutes of pilates (depending on the amount of energy we are feeling).

From March to April I lost ten pounds. I was 130 and ended at 120.  That was more due to the Master Cleanse.  The weight fell off faster than I knew what to do with. I couldn't even figure out how to dress myself properly.  But since then I've gained about 5 pounds back.  I look a little less skeletal and a lot more normal, although my bras are still a bit baggy.

But overall my physique is pretty nice.  Muscle tone is great.  My thighs aren't as mushy and my abs are always taught.  It is funny because I was not overweight or fat but I had ZERO tone.  Now I think my stomach is better than my boyfriends.

School starts in less than two weeks and I am determined to keep up the exercise most days of the week and keep eating the fruits and vegetables.  (Juicing helps!)
