florida!! hola!!

on vacation in beautiful fort lauderdale! staying with some friends who live in a returement community... AWESOME! no joke, i might have to do it!


Anywhoot~ went to the beach yesterday and received a lovely tan.  then ate lunch by the pool. then ate brie and crackers and sipped.  then went to blue martini and witnessed the destruction of america (their uniforms!) and a new hope for old age.  An elderly woman was wearing a dress that should have been on a 19 year old's body...not a 90 year old's...  then went for sushi.  I have to say it was good but it wasn't GREAT!  there is something about paying nearly $90 for four people for small servings that makes me dissatisfied.  then went for a short stroll before returning to the 5th floor condo and preparing for sleep.  OH and I ran twice, 30 minutes each plus some ab work and butt work.


Today, started off running another 30 minutes then breakfast, then back to sleep.  luckily my sleeping was not in vain, because it started to rain and I was having no part of that. 


I'll post pictures as the trip evolves.  Can't WAIT for shopping! Hola!
